🚴[Shipping & Warranty] — Shipped from Poland or Germany, the parcel usually arrived in 3 -7 days. The motor and battery have a one-year warranty and all accessories have a 30-day warranty period. We also provide after-sales service in Poland. But you should know that it is forbidden to change the interface of the engine. Please contact us whenever you want.
🚴[Conversion Accessories] — All necessary mounting accessories are included. Please look at the photo of the packing list. Attention: normally, without justification of your choice, we will send you the mechanical brakes.
🚴[Easy Installation] — It only takes some time for you to install it using a few tools. Also, the user manual is provided in the package. You can scan the two-dimensional codes in the user manual to watch installation videos or get more installation information from social media.
🚴[JIS standard] — It is compatible with mountain bike, road bike, racing bike… as long as its bottom bracket width is 68-73mm and its inner diameter is not less than 33.5 mm. The package will include an additional seal for the 73mm lower bottom bracket. It is not recommended to install the motor on the cycling of a carbon fiber frame for fear of damaging the frame.

How to know if this mid motor fit my bike or not ?
Please use a caliper to measure the dimension of your bike’s bottom bracket . The length should be 68-73mm . The inner diameter should be 34-36mm. And you can calculate if the chainring will touch your rear bike frame if your bike is differently designed.

How to choose a chainring for ebike conversion ？
For a normal pedal bike without electricity, (1) small chainring is more compatible with mountain bike which can help you climb easier. (2) big chaining is more suitable for city bike, road bike and foldable bike which can help you enjoy faster speed . However , now you are converting a bike to an ebike with motor, the size of chainring won’t influence much because there is enough power for you to ride. When you install a mid motor on your bike , the bigger the chainring is , the faster the speed wil be. And please note that the chainring is more compatible with a bike ≤9 speed. If you are not sure which chainring you should use, you can consider the same teeth as your original chainring.
How to ask for brake sensors ?
The brake levers we sent default is with power cutting off funtion . If you want to keep your existing hydraulic brakes or mechanic brakes , please inform with your order ID or Contact us by email so that we can send you brake sensors with your BAFANG mid drive kit instead of brake levers .
